He can be at times but at other times he can be really Stupid and he enforces sterotypes which isnt cool lol

I love carlos mencia.. he talks about real sh!t... I've seen him live at the Improv club 4 times!!! I think he's hilarious...

no, i think they got him to replace dave chapelle hes tries doing the skits like dave chapelle but sucks at it and is annoying
