Go to Page Setup, Click on Sheet tab, then mark a check next to Gridlines under Print section of that tab.

Go to File -> Page Setup and then Click on the "Sheet" tab. In the middle of the dialog box, you will see the "Gridlines" box. Check the box if you want the lines and uncheck it if you don't.

Go to the "View" menu. Then on the "Toolbar" section select "Borders". Select your section that you want to print and then use the "All Borders" or "Thick Box" border option.
