I recently started to get pimples on my butt from bike riding to work. I wear cycle shorts to avoid chafing. When I get to work I try to wash up as best I can because there are no showers. I shower at least two times a day. How can I fix my problem?

You get them because of sweat building up and staying in your pores. What I recommend is taking a nice shower, right after you exercise, to clean out all pores, so that clogging doesn't occur.

Get used to it. About the time your face starts to clear up, the zits move to your butt. Generally it is caused by sitting on the job and not bike riding.

Use an acne bodywash like Neutrogena. Put powder in you shorts before biking. Good luck!

Go to your local chemist tell them your getting a FRICTION RASH on your upper inner thighs. Try to get a powder or something or make sure your wearing your shorts high enough so the skin does not rub together...

I got them too.. But like the first answer, YES! neutrogena "acne wash" is the best choise, every time you take a shower use it in the affected area. and you'll see the results.

i realize this might sound strange but get one of those bath brushes, the stiffer bristles will help make sure none of the pimples get ingrown hairs, that could lead to a cyst, make sure your clothes are breathable (cotton is best), an astringent should also help.

Buy some regimen! 11 bucks for a ton of it and it works... I'm sure it would work on your bum too.

I think it's just going to come down to preventative action, rather than reactive.
