History is easiest but if u thikn that ur kids are deleting items from the history check the Cookies these are stored in temporary internet files. The cookies will have almost all sites visited. If these have been deleted than software is required. Keyloggers or software such as netnanny.

The Internet has a place called history, where the sites that you've visited are saved. From Tools, you can click on History and that will show you the sites your children have been to.

Usually pressing cntrl+H displays the history of the websites visited. In addition, the down arrow next to the bar where u type in the websites u want to visit display recently visited websites. There are more ways...but those two are the most common, effective, and efficient

Yes there are tons of software out there to make this easy like net nanny http://www.netnanny.com/ it monitor and blocks sites also block chat and that is recieving and entering personal info.

There is a new disk out for parents and it will let you see were they are and who they are talking too. Go too staples they will know the name of the disk.
