Considering that they haven't even started filming yet, I don't think anyone can say for sure. The current front-runners for the lead role are apparently Sandra Bullock and Jennifer Lopez. Here's more information about the upcoming movie:

Lynda Carter turned 55 years old this week - if you're asking if Ms. Carter is likely to play the lead role in the 2007 release of "Wonder Woman", I'd have to say that would be pretty unlikely. On the other hand, if you're wondering if you might see her in a cameo role, that's another question altogether.
Given that the film is still in the script writing phase, it's probably still pretty up in the air what the casting is going to be. At this point, it's rumored that the role is being written for Morena Baccarin, who has appeared as Maya Griffin in "The O.C.", as Adria in "Stargate SG-1", and as Inara in "Firefly".
Since Josh Whedon (creator of "Firefly") is writing the script for the film, the rumors about Baccarin make obvious sense.

Joss Weidin has not finished the script, no one is cast yet, but I'll bet she will have a cameo if not a small roll. I'd like to see her as Queen Hipolyta, you know, Wonder Woman's mom.

I wouldn't be suprised if she ended up having a cameo, but she won't be playing wonder woman.
