If you are stressed in the way that makes you angry i would recommend doing a good work out to get rid of the frustrations. But if it is the kind of stress that is making you tired then i think you need to put make some time to focus just on yourself. Even if it is an hour a week just find a quiet place, light scented candles and blank your mind completely, like meditation. Or maybe book into a beauty salon for a relaxation massage and let the stresses that tighten your muscles be rubbed away, you will also relax mentally.

I would suggest Stress Relief Complex - A healthy way to reduce stress.

Fast Relief - Thirty minutes is all it takes for it to work.

Natural Relief - Four all-natural ingredients enable your own body reduce the effects of stress.
Promotes relaxation without drowsiness, L-theanine (Camellia sinensis), a naturally occurring amino acid found in green tea, helps generate alpha waves that creates a relaxed yet alert mental state.
Enhances the body's ability to adapt to continuing stress. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) - an Ayurvedic herb that enhances the body's ability to adapt to stress.
Helps reduce the effects of everyday stress by blunting the cortisol response to stress. Beta-Sitosterol, a natural plant sterol, helps blunt cortisol, a hormone produced during physical stress.
Helps make norepinephrine, which is involved in mood regulation. L-tyrosine is an amino acid produced by the body to make the neurotransmitter norepinephrine. Studies suggest that norephinephrine levels may decline with stress.

Handles Ongoing Stress - Enables the body to create the antibodies necessary to cope with prolonged stress.

No Kava - A "fad ingredient" that the FDA warned may cause severe liver injury.

Other supplements you might want to consider are:

B-Complex: nourishes the central nervous system; builds the adrenal glands

Extra Soy Protein: protein levels increase when stressed
