Those should be in the the Halloween costumes! They're like the sock hop outfits from the 40s (50s?)! Ick! No, I wouldn't wear them.

OMG! Don't tell me these are back. I had a pair of these when I was like 5 years old. Holy crap! I would never wear these today. Seems like the designers are running out of fresh ideas.

If I was playing a schoolgirl from the 50's or dressing up for Halloween...then yes.
Other than that...I don't see them going over with too many people. (Maybe those folks who wore them when they were teens)

I wore those with my high school uniform!!! I would NEVER wear them again unless I was dressing up for the 50's.

if they were really comfy, then yes. i HAD to wear them for my feet when i was a senior in hi school. my whatever was to wear day-glo colored laces, plaid laces, whatever i could find.
