well here's the thing
if girl goes out in jeans, t-shirt and tennies and a ball cap..nobody even looks twice.
if a guy goes out in a skirt, everyone is looking..and sometimes ridiculing.
so if the person is a female I would call her common
if the person is a guy, I would call him brave.
I think without all the labeling it would be a thing of creativity maybe? Or curiosity?
But the direct answer to your question is what is the persons name? That's what I'd call them.

Hi! It means he is secure with his sexuality - and has no problem with anyone pointing and laughing or calling him gay.. cause he knows he is not-- like me handing my handbag to my husband to carry for me - some guys would get all macho and go hey no way handbags are for women...!!
