Oh man, what is NOT my favorite would be easier to answer.
All the Marx Brothers movies, Casablance, The Maltese Falcon, a lot of westerns, the Abbott and Costello movies, Francis the Talking Mule series, ...

I love movies...some of my favorite B&W movies are the old suspense flicks like Hitchcock movies, and "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane", "The Bad Seed", and "Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte"

I also love the old Marx Brothers movies. "A Night in Casablanca" is my favorite of theirs.

While I ADORE "Pocketful of Miracles", "It's a Wonderful Life", and "Miracle on 34th Street", my favourite has to be Judy Holliday's "The Solid Gold Cadillac" (only the final scene is in colour). She's PRICELESS in it!

My second favourite is "Passport to Pimlico" - a very old yet HILARIOUS U.K. film that I WISH I could get on DVD (my VHS copy is NOT very good).

I love Harold Llyod movies. I also like The Kid with charlie chaplin as well as him in goldrush. Other black and whites i like that are not silent are DOA, maltese falcon, and other B&W movies along those lines-thillers i guess you would call them.
