Character - is he somebody she can respect?
Laughter - Does he have a sense of humor?
How he treats others - is he kind and patient?
Does he walk his talk - is he trustworthy and dependable?
Is he sincere & affectionate - huggs & kisses
without an agenda or motive
Is he loyal and a best friend - can he be counted on to be there for YOU
Is he generous and giving - will he care about me and spend time with me (not just about $$$)
or help me with things if I need his help?
Is he somebody you like being around no matter what the two of you are doing?
Is there a physical attraction between both of you?
does we value the same things or at least
some similar things in life?
do we have common interests?
Is he tolerant - can he remain calm in frustrating
or difficult situations?
these are just some of the things that
ladies think about -
Yes, we want a guy who is sexy, good looking and HOT, but it needs to be a package deal

Someone who is funny and sweet and wants to take care of them... No matter how independent or self sufficiant we are, it is nice when they are there to look out for you in any way.
