if someone is "the quiet type" are they sneeky and the type that cheet and creep around or is this just them?

Could be they are creepy and sneaky, or maybe just shy, or maybe just their nature...everyone is different and have their own reasons for being the way they are

I am very shy and quiet. Most of the time, I only speak when I am spoken to. I am not a cheater or any of the sort. This person could be the same way or they are sneaky. Look for other clues. How does he react to other people? What does their friends say about their personality?

That's not the quiet type at all. They are usually shy or prefer to observe things and watch.
