I think it depends on the baby's position in the womb too. As far as accuracy they are 2 for 2 for me w/ 2 Beautiful Daughters

It's almost 100% if they catch a clear view of the "bits" on the video. However, sometimes the technicians are not able to get a clear view of all the parts of baby therefore they cannot make a determination.

Depends on how the baby is laying in the womb, if he or she is cooperative then the results can be very accurate. Mine was dead on, said it was a girl and we now have a beautiful daughter

theyre pretty accurate after 20 wks., although, dont count your chickens before they hatch... in 1999/2000, when preg for the third time, i was told at a 20 wk us and again at 23wks that i was having a girl. i was ecstatic! up until then, id only gotten neutral clothes, etc. ... now i went and bought tons of pink and rubbed it in my husbands face, telling him i just KNEW it was a girl. much to my dismay, at the next us, i heard, "well...this wasnt here before!" needless to say, i got over it, and i love my son to pieces!
