the key will not work, the lock is jammed.

Try this first:

1, Make sure you have correct key. If not ask a dealer to give you one. If they are not Cram with work, they may have various keys that they will try and one that works they will duplicate for you. They can find the key with win No. also in their catalogues.

2, if you are sure of the key then, puss in the door of the box then turn it one way gently. This does not work repeat in other direction. Next use lock lube and repeat. Next puss the door up or down, side ways out... pull on key while turning....try try till you succeed, takes passions, once open take out every thing. It may have been over loaded, do not over Load it ever.

In a worst-case scenario you could always drill the lock out. It's not pretty, but if you really need/want in there it should work.

if it has screws(some do) take it apart
if not take it to a locksmith or find a bigger hammer
