wow first of all 14 yr olds answering this question is pretty sick.No it doesnt feel any different when your having sex but when you touch it or have oral sex its a lot smoother than one that is circumsised. kind of silky

my exhusband was uncircumsized..there is no difference in our feeling but he was more3 sensitive down there.in other words he had more feeling in that area
