Yes, I know this sounds like a really retarded question.

I started just randomly asking this to people some months ago. But it turned out that almost everyone I asked gave one of only two answers!

So - I'm just seeing if the rest of you come up with the same...
(I'll tell you when I pick the best answer so I don't bias anybody).

I love Weeping Willows. They are beautiful and remind me of my childhood when I used to play under them.

A living one. :-)

Seriously, I'm not too much of a parser when it comes to trees. I usually only notice evergreens and deciduous trees, but usually not much beyond that. However, I'll pick an unusual one in the Bodhi tree. (I'm a Buddhist, so I'm biased towards that.) I think that I remember seeing some of the same type when I went on holiday in Hawai'i a few years ago.

it's not a silly question, you have the right to ask. I like all kinds of trees but I love those small Chinese tree, I don't their names. They are so small and so wonderful. But my favorite giant tree is the ones in my school. Their flowers are so beautiful and the smell, God it's like you are in heaven then after the flowers fell the leaves are changing their color from violet-green to dark violet. i like even those Japanese trees with their pink leaves. These trees are showing you a world made of dreams.

Blue spruce. They grow very well where I live. They are good homes for the birds and they remind me of Christmas all year! How is your theory coming?
