Any store where you can buy musical instruments should have a Harry Potter music book section, where you will find Harry Potter and the Sorceror's Stone : Music selections from the movie. Hedwig's Theme is on the first page. ;)

If there's a Music and Arts or any other type of musical instrument store, it sells sheet music and Harry Potter and the Sorceror's Stone is there. If you're looking for sheet music for one particular instrument and they don't carry it, you can always buy the music book and transpose the part or just play it on your instrument.
