It used to be that we had to pay the Government tax on April 15. The Government spent the money on things like the FBI tapping your phone calls.
Now since the Patriot Act and the invasion of the New York bombers, country. We have a tax cut or break. That means the FBI can listen for Free.

There are many nations that subscribe to your socialist tenets - such as North Korea, Russia, Cuba, Congo, The Netherlands, Canada, FRANCE - all of these would be a perfect fit for you. It doesn't. It does feed the egos and fears of the conservative and RepubliTARDs. They get off on war. The news commentators on the Fox News Network can hardly contain they glee and joy about the war in Lebanon. Its quit sad to see them drooling every day on their shows. Sadly none of them have seen fit to serve their country in a combat situation. It's always more fun to fight a war with other peoples blood being spilled. As soon as we leave Iraq, it will be another country that will hate the USA and want to see us destroyed.

It doesn't. It just lets Bush act as if he's doing something useful. The number of terrorist attacks has increased worldwide since the Iraq war began. The only reason why we haven't had another attack here is that our troops are much easier targets over there.

Well... as much as I hate to say it, it doesn't. Really, Iraq never had any chance of causing us any real harm, but it sure does make for good news! And, who has time to think about what type of job our president is doing when we can see things go boom on t.v.?
If it really were about our protection, why isn't north korea our main concern? No oil there, plus they could put a a serious fight.
