If he is moving slowly, it means he is cold. Make sure you have an adequate heating system in his enclosure, and make sure you are taking him out in the sun (natural sunlight is the best) as often as you can. If he is still moving slowly I recommend you take him to a veterinarian, as there are many ailments iguanas can get from poor diet or not enough sun, or simply being unhappy. Good luck!

Make sure he has one area in his cage at least 95 degrees celsius. He needs to have proper food, about half dark green leaves and half vegetables with a very little bit of fruit. He needs a proper iguana light source like repti-sun 5.0 for 12 hours everyday. he would love a soak in the bathtub for an hour or so everyday to help him shed and to exercise.
If he continues to be lethargic, even when he has the proper conditions, he may need a vet.

It could be a lot of things. I would need more info. Like what kind of cage is he in? What kind of heat and light is he getting? What's his diet like? How are the temperatures and hi\humidity in his enclosure?
