Who said he was smart?

Being smart and being overweight are two very different aspects of a person's anatomy and genes and lifestyle
I don't think his weight is his priority because he probably feels that there are more importants things at hand. Besides, just because someone is overweight does not make them any less healthy than a thin person. Everyone has health problems and everyone is at similar risk for diseases and illnesses.
There is no such thing as healthy anymore

I liked the first answer!!
Weight doesn't create intelligence, maybe he is smart because he has depth, unlike some shallow people who can't see past the image.
I am a smoker, I also had a dream where my smoking causes me problems. In my dream I ignore the warnings, and guess what?
I'm aware of it, and I'm ignoring it, lol. We are pretty good at ignoring what we shouldn't be but at least I am aware of it, and it's my own choice
I enjoy smoking and don't want to quit, maybe this guy you speak of doesn't want to lose weight. Maybe he can't....so what, it's only image

Most people are smart in one area or another. It is very rare for someone to be smart, goodlooking, nice, talented, balanced, athletic, etc, all at once. Michael Moore is smart is some ways... A complete idiot in others. His logical arguments are often faulty.

Maybe he isn't worried about the health risks because he doesn't think he's going to live that long anyways. The way Bush is running this country (into the ground) I can hardly say I blame him.

Okay, what's up with the fat obsession tonight along with the Michael Moore focus?

There are lots of fat people who are also smart. I don't get it either though.

There are numerous reasons a person can be fat. Most don't want to be fat (thus the popularity of fad diets). Intelligence doesn't figure into it at all, it is often a matter of genetics and circumstance.

What does that have to do with anything? Maybe it is from the stress of him worrying over issues.

So if I take your hypothesis that fat = dumb then Bush's wife would be a little dumb. Jeb bush would be really dumb. Most of congress would be really stupid. Colin Powell fairly dumb. Barbara Bush is a total idiot.

I just dont think it works that way.

Intelligence has nothing to do with weight. If the only thing you can attack about Michael Moore, he probably has a lot of things right in his documentaries and such.

What does being smart have to do with being fat? So what if a person is fat does that mean they cant be smart? I get it... you think that if they were so smart they would'nt let themselves get that fat right? People like you make so mad.....

By your logic, Jessica Simpson is brilliant?

Please.

Metabolism and Intelligence, though they clearly effect each
other, do not have any direct and predictable relationship with
each other.
