He's kind of a pretty boy isn't he. I wouldn't be intimidated by him. I thinks it more of a style, expression problem though.
I think if he replaced his hard angry look with a confident calm (cool) and somewhat satisfied but hungry (slightly predatory) expression, he'd be much "hotter" than he is right now.
He needs show with his expression that he is on top of the world, the most powerful. This is done by being comfortable (cool), yet aware and capable (slightly predatory). You may find this expression and other happier attractive expressions on happily married men everywhere. They know where they're getting their next meal...

I wouldn't say cute. I wouldn't say ugly. More like dramatic. Good looking in a dramatic way. Yes, that's how I would describe him.

his face looks a bit computer generated
eyes are too white
eyelashes look painted on
