The original Horsemen has got to be the top, if for nothing else than the promos they cut back in the day!
I'd say the original nWo next just because of the way they revolutionised the genre, right up until every wrestler on WCW was part of the nWo!
Finally, the semi-original DX (trips, HBK and Chyna), again brought something new to the sport.
Honourable mention to "The Union" though - Mankind, Shamrock, Big show and Test. Absolutely horrible!
