There is only one Solar system and that is the group of objects under the local influence of our star Sol, hence "SOL"ar system.
The system around the star Antares would be the Antarian system.

Any star however will have a collection of materials and energy about it, something like our solar system. In our galaxy (The Milky Way) there are around 20,000,000,000,000,000,000 (20 quintillion)stars. The next closest star is 4.3 light years away, that is it would take light from it about 4.3 years to reach us, it takes light from Sol about 8 3/4 minutes to reach us, So our Galaxy is mind boggling HUGE, however it is only one of a local group which has many thousands of members. The universe is filled with these groups perhaps millions of them. The true nature of genius (and probably insanity) is the ability to contemplate what is incomprehensible.

i've been counting since i was three years old.
at last tally, there were 4,673 solar systems in the universe.
no, wait, that's wrong. there's only one. the milky way. the rest are all reflections of the milky way.
the universe is a bent mirror around the milky way, whose boundary is seemingly infinite.
ok, ok, ok, there are 40 solar systems. no, wait...41. yes, 41 solar systems. that's my final answer....what's my prize?

i don't know. however, any of the stars you see at night could be suns, i think, like ours. you could probably find the answer for the known universe, but not the whole.
