I cant decide on which boots to get, DC or Vans, can u help another boarder out

It depends on which model you get. But I'd give the edge to DC.

I wouldn't go with Vans -- my buddy has had them in the past and I just don't think they make a very good quality boot. I don't know enough about DC boots, but personally, I like Ride boots and Thirty Two.

both are crappy and wear out within a year .. let dc and vans stick to skate shoes.. buy "thirty-two" snowboard boots.. super comfy and last a long time

Never chose a pair of snowboard boots by brand - choose them by fit. Try on 100 pairs if you have to, but buy a pair that fit right: snug but not over-tight, no heel lift, etc.

If you find a pair which match your riding style and requirements and fit correctly, who cares who makes them? Are you going to ride in them or look at them?
