im thinking this will answer your question fully.

I WATCHED T.V.
I watched the pain the TV explored
the children that have no home.
Parents weep, not being able to feed those small mouths.
I seen the fish cry, has the tanker leaked its lifes blood.
The eagle dive, because the air it could not breath.
I've seen the greed in the eyes of some men
and a tear shed in a corner of a room.
The agoney of a broken bone
and the happiness shared in a hug.
I've witness all the atrositys....thru the eons of time.
Shook my fist alot,
and embraced you all in time of need.
Your species has given me the most heartach
and the most joy.
A tear and a laugh rolled into one.
I ask one thing of you,
one thing alone.
To love one another,
to share your self with a complete stanger.
To hold when times are tough
and laugh when they arnt.
And I will grant you my everlasting love.
from now til eternity! 11/6/03...tjp

I believe, we can feel things that aren't there. Sense things that people may not see, but we know that their there. Love - I cant always see that my sweetheart is there, but I can feel him when I need him.
People can sense things that may not be there in the physical form but know they are there......many stories out there about people, praying and the others knowing their thoughts are with them because there is such a strong connection between both of them. You can feel their presents there....Like God or loved ones.

of course...the eye is only one of the senses of humans...i'm not trying to be a jackass or something, i'm serious...the eye works with only a minor part of the brain...there's a lot of stimuli that cannot be sensed through the eyes...we have a very powerful set of senses...sight is not everything...you cannot see the wind, can you?

i need to observe with at least one of the five senses to know that something is there, otherwise it's just fanciful thinking.
