A shaved head doesn't ruin a woman any more than a mustache ruins a guy. If someone's hairstyle is a dealbreaker on whether you would date them or not, you need to get a clue.
Aside from that, a shaved head on a woman is sometimes an indication that she rejects society's typical gender roles and arbitrary standards on how a woman "should" look. This might mean she also wouldn't mind paying on your dates.

Well, as I am not bi or gay, I wouldn't be dating any women. However, I always think that some women (especially African American women) can look quite beautiful with very short hair, or bald. So I wouldn't see any reason for people not to date bald women.

I know it's not all about looks, but if you are looking at her strangely most of the time, then looks are a little important.
