I see you have some smarty pants answers here. Have you checked with your doctor? Are your fingers cold as well? There are two conditions called Raynaud's and Burgers syndromes that cause extremities to turn bluish. I am not sure of the spelling of the latter nor am I saying that this is what you've got. They are just two things that come to mind and you might want to check them out.

Poor circulation. Go see your doctor, for sure. Could be a reaction to medication, or even carpal tunnel syndrome.

You should ask your doctor really, it might be because of a bad circulation of blood, caused by cold or obstructions of the blood...but it could also be a poisoning

try washing them REALLY well in warm water with lots of soap......if your fingers are purple...yet you are not having tingling or numbness.....I doubt it it a medical problem....but a stain. Been eating blueberries lately????

your hands could be suffering from hypothermia because that's the colour your body turns when you have it. find a way to keep warm. or your fingers could just simply be bruised.
