I think my car got sprayed a bit. And my windows were down. I din't feel any burning sensation but I washed my face thoroughly. It is about to rain hard so I will let the rain wash the bleach off of my car. Do I have anything to worry about here? I followed the truck to the treatment plant and notified them of the problem. He said it was a 12% bleach mix. A chlorine bleach.

Regular household bleach is about a 6% solution, so the bleach that sprayed your car was about 2 times the concentration. As long as you rinsed yourself, and your car off you should be fine. Sodium hypochlorite is a base, so if you feel burning, pour some acetic acid (white vinegar) over the area to neutralize it.

If bleach was toxic enough to damage anyones skin severly, it wouldn't be sold all over the world for consumers to use now would it? Don't worry about a thing.

Count your blessings. You said, you "think" the car got sprayed...but are unsure. Do not crawl under a rock & feed the festering neurosis. Count your blessings.

If they didn't put chlorine in the water to kill micro-organisms, we'd all have cholera.

You have nothing to be concerned about.
