Its seems that you need to take some time out and Figure out Who you are as a person. Then your opinions will come and you won't find yourelf contrdicting yourself as often. I had the same problem for the longest time, Its a phase we all go through as young adults Be strong and bold it'll all fall into place,...

Maybe sometimes you can stay neutral on a subject and have an open mind if you hear both sides. Like if someone says their opinion, you can say "I see your point" instead of letting them easily change your mind. Then you can give yourself time to form your own opinion.

Usually when a person takes another's opinion to be their own, that opinion has been the only one that person has heard. A way to form your own opinion is to hear all of the possible logical opinions on a topic, then use your own knowlege to decide what you really believe.

umm ......its difficult to say

you change your mind everytime?

sometime I change my openion after see other ppl ' s thougt becourse we can't be right all the time ,right ? so you have to open your mind and listen to other ppl then if they have enough reasons they could be right and i could be wrong... that s normal .

but if you do like that all the time even their openions are nonsense ,unlogical or lack of supportive reasons, so their might be something wrong ........in this way you should think of the answer in many way . After you hear other ppl openion, you might imagine from what they say .trying think in opposite way or another way and then see which way is better , or you may find your own unigue openion and it could be better than what others've said..............i am not an expert or shrink ......it's just my own openion .......good luck

Have more confidence in your own judgement and opinions. We change our opinions because we don't have confidence in ourselves. It happens to everyone every once in a while- just make sure it doesn't happen with the major decisions (your job, your family, your LIFE).

You are basing things on what you heard not learned. Read and think about what your reading. Compare it to your own values and ideas. It's ok for your thoughts to evolve. I don't think anything like I did 20 years ago.

Don't worry, my daughter was just like you. Anyway, she grew up, matured, and is now a fine self-sufficient opinionated lady. You are just in a stage you will outgrow.

Well, why don't you agree, but then give your input. I mean, a lot of times you do agree with that person, but you gotta tell us why and maybe put in your two cents.

are you forming opinions to fit in or impress others, or is it what you really believe?

i was like that too when i was younger. probably because i didn't know myself really well. now i do and i speak my mind. once you get to know who you are and what you like, you'll be ok
