A Mexican Immigrant can make more money in California, picking Oranges, that He can in Mexico working in a factory! He can make more money in the U.S. working in a factory than he can in California, picking Oranges, His children get better Health care paid by the state, and They don't pay taxes.

Well, obviously, there are not enough jobs going to Mexico... :)
Seriously, though, by and large U.S. jobs are NOT going to Mexico. They are going to healthcare. Think about this. During the last 10 or so years, overall productivity in the U.S. grew by about 3% a year. Productivity in services grew much more slowly than that, and in healthcare and education it stagnated (which is normal, since mechanization and automation are difficult to implement in services and are nearly impossible in healthcare and education). In manufacturing, productivity grew much faster than average, so fewer workers can do more work. As a result, there is a continuing shift of jobs away from manufacturing into the service sector. Healthcare, in particular, is experiencing a serious lack of qualified applicants, especially for low-level jobs that pay under $20k a year (and that's where Mexicans often come in)... California's Employment Development Department lists Home Health Aides, Medical Assistants, Nursing Aides, Orderlies, and Attendants, Personal and Home Health Care Aides, and Social and Human Service Assistants among the 25 highest growth occupations in the state. (Registered Nurses are on the list, too, but they are paid relatively well.)
As to why Mexicans want to come to the U.S., you may have heard that there is a continuing civil unrest in several Mexican states (Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Guerrero). People are caught in the crossfire between Mexican army and the Zapatistas. So quite a few of them are willing to do anything it takes to get as far away from this as possible...

Mexico SUCKS......Their political system is far more corrupt on a scale of 1 to 10, then they score a 1,000,000. Politicians deepend their pockets by stealing from the social programs and public works projects. Mexico SUCKS. Poor people are kept at arms distance by not providing them with avenues to better themselves. Those funds stolen out of the Treasury coffers mean that potential public works jobs and or employment services never see the ink to paper legislation.

Because the companies that are moving to Mexico are only paying their workers a fraction of what they pay here.
Why do you think they are moving the work to Mexico is the 1st place?
