If I keep making significant mistakes on the job, how do I stop worrying about what my co-workers think of me? I know I should just discuss this stuff with my supervisor, but it keeps bugging me and I can't stop thinking about it. Do my co-workers have a right to judge me like that ? They haven't said anything yet (at least not to me), so i have no evidence what they think, but does anybody have any suggestions on how I could let it go in my thoughts and just discuss it with the appropriate people?

If you are making significant mistakes on the job, then that means you are to busy worrying about what people thinks about you. Concentrate on your job, not your co-workers cause they are not the ones paying you. And nobody has a right to judge you. And if you continue making these mistakes, then you wont have a job to make any mistakes at.

The best way to learn not to make mistakes is to fix the ones you have made through the proper channels. Believe me, your co workers aren't perfect either, and you don't know all that they do mistake wise either.
You aren't going to make everybody happy all the time, just luv yourself and know you r a good person, and don't worry about what others think.
Crap, when I first went back to work I wore goodwill dresses that were definately not in the current expensive style that they wore, but I wasn't there to impress them, I was there to do a job which I did very well in. Hey, if they don't like the way I dress they are more than welcome to buy me some new clothes lol.
Your mistakes? Take them to your boss or whoever you are supposed to, they would rather you tell them so they could fix it than hide the fact and have it snowball into something out of control somewhere down the line.
It'll also show your honesty and integrety, great for performance reviews if u know what I mean.
