ok when two people have sex like a woman and a man . a man gets a woman pregnant and the baby is in a womans belly so than after 9 months she gives birth to a child. ok??? plain and simple. your mom would explain it to u much better
and why in the hell would u ask favorite position in sex if u dont know where babies come from. so lame!

first comes the fun part sex....then comes the agrivating nine months of carring a baby in somach...that comes along with swollen ankles morning sickness that comes when ever it feels like and it doesnt have to be morning....then comes the BEST part....not...labor...woohoo....so yeah the baby comes from ur vagina.
