Auto. This was a big issue for me. I grew up in an era when there were a lot of 3 and 4 speed manuals on the road. Learning how to keep the car rolling I wasn't too good at first but eventually got it all together. At this point, I can drive pretty much anything. In college, I drove school buses to pick up kids for Sunday school.

More recently I've driven a Dodge Viper with a performance transmission and gears tuned for speed... not comfort.

Yeah, baby!!!

First attempted to drive a stick-shift. Did not do too well. I then learned how to drive a car with an automatic, but my father insisted that I learn to drive a manual transission before I got my license.

Manual
1938 Ford, Flathead V8, coupe. 3 speed Floor Shift.

Got my first Speeding Ticket in it.

I still drive a stick, only it's now a Jeep 5 speed Renegade.

The only way to drive.

A handbook isn't that arduous you merely would desire to attend and notice with it. through fact it ought to be very undesirable if to procure the pedals mixed up even though it is not liable to happen. You do have plenty greater administration over the vehicle with a handbook and that's a heck of plenty greater relaxing to force.
