In my town, there are makeup counters in Dillards that give free makeovers like Clinique.

If there's a Sephora in the neighborhood, go there. They give free advice.
I know there's one on Poweel Street in San Fran, but not sure if that's close to you.

once I went to Victorias secret i became finding at they are makeup line and the female supplied to do mine for me,yet definitely everyone diverse i think of they do it in Macy yet im uncertain if its unfastened.

Find someone who sales Mary Kay. They are all trained for that.
