I can completely empathize with you! I've been in the same situation five times myself. My suggestions would be the following:

Try to get some 'Sea Bands' -- these are what people wear who suffer from motion sickness, and they seemed to help me.

Also, try to always keep something in your stomach, even if you don't feel like eating. It will minimize the nausea.

Don't take your pre-natal in the morning, try taking it at night before you go to bed instead.

Salty things, like crackers, seemed to help me, as did fresh fruit. But it's different for each person, and can even be different for each day. Find what works for you & eat that until something else sounds good.

Take heart ... this probably won't last your entire pregnancy. I know it can seem like forever when you're going through it.

Good luck ... and congrats on the pregnancy!

P.S. If it's completely unbearable & you can't keep anything down, your doctor can even prescribe some medicine that will help with the nausea.

right now you should eat anything that sounds good. I used to eat chocolate chip ice cream for breakfast because it kept me from getting sick. Of course I ate healthy, too. You could be feeling sick because you are hungry. I got that a lot, so make sure you have healthy snacks with you all the time (granola bars, crackers, veggie sticks...) And don't be afraid to talk to your doctor or mid wife. They may be able to give you a lot more suggestions that you may not have thought of.
I hope you are feeling better, and congratulations on being pregnant!!

I was really sick at the beginning of my pregnancy and my doctor told me that the sickness comes from a empty stomach so what you need to do is keep a little something on you stomach at all times even if you don't feel hungry eat a little something. This really helps that morning sickness.

This icky feeling should pass by 12 weeks. Try saltine crackers when the wave a nausea hits. I used to have them by my bed so I could eat one the minute I woke up. It seemed to help. Good luck. Happy baby! Remember: This too shall pass.

Try some toast with peanut butter. It's always good to have crackers near your bed in the morning and eat a couple before you actually get up and start moving. It helps

What you are experiencing is called morning sickness. (I don't know why it is called morning sickness because it can happen anytime of the day.) All it is, your body is going through hormonal changes and the food you eat also affects your hormones and sometimes it it more than your body can take and you vomit or get nauseous. These symptoms will pass it will take some time but they will pass....my wife always told me she wanted apples because when she puked them up it tasted like applesauce and did not bother her as bad.
Good Luck

Have a peice of toast/ or crackers at your bedside. Eat them BEFORE rising out of bed. Drinking ginger or peppermint tea can help. Gingerale soda can also help. A peice of hard candy can soothe nausea sometimes.

You need to start with a few soda crackers. If they stay down go for some bland food. Your medical advisor should be the one to tell you how to handle this. Oh, and congratulations!
