I am a remote control thrower. I have actually had to replace a 35.00 remote so I do not throw them anymore but I think a shout/throw/break objects combination would best suit me.

I try the count down measure... 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ,10....If that doesnt work I go into a room where I can cool myself down. Depending on the problem or what made me loose my temper, I try not to shout, but I do NOT throw or break objects!

Anger is one word short of danger.
When I am really angry or ticked off I don't let the sun go down on my wrath.
I talk to the people who anger me, I email and write a letter if that is what needed.
What I do most is go in my prayer room get on my knees and very honestly and frankly and blunty tell God why certain things
really stink and how life is unfair certain things in life $uck plain and simple BUT when you give the anger to God several things happen.
You start to calm down, the anger is spoken and given over to God therefore that weight is lifted off your shoulders, God honors you being thruthful with him, when you are angry that is something in your spirit saying something is wrong and it needs to be addressed.
Dont "stuff" your anger or repress it DEAL with it, my ways was to eat to medicate my sadness and hurt. I am learning deal with the anger as soon as it comes, dont wait until you suffer from a heart attack before you deal with anger.
And lastly anger is not a sin it is HOW you deal with the anger that makes it right or wrong.

As much as I try.. I'm not very civil when I lose my temper.. I cuss, kick and throw things. I know it's stupid but..
And my daughter has the worst temper of them all.. she's only 2 and gets mad at everything!

depends on how angry i am. most often i tend to keep my anger in check..then i just grit my teeth and shout...then at some point the anger breaks out and i try to focus my wrath on the least inexpensive item in my vicinity, or i go bersek with rage.
onetime i came close to breaking my sisters back...but fortunately i controlled myself...since then i've been scared of my anger...of i'd do in a fit of rage...since then i've been trying to find ways of keeping calm...letting things go....i dont know how long ill take to get to a human level of anger...

who is worth of losing my temper. i just go with my dog out or if i am with people go out to for a smoke because i do not want lose my time. that does not led anywhere
