Try mowing lawns, walking dogs, pet sitting, there are many possiblities for you to do, be creative!! I have done pet sitting since I was 10 (I am 16 now) I was always trying to make money...I even sold some rocks I found in my backyard and alot of the neighbors actually bought some of them!! Now I am into mowing lawns, and I make it pretty good. My neighbor is gone most of the time, so I mow his lawn for $50 a month. Really there is alot to do, think of something you do well....car washing is another great one that I have done. Take a walk down your neighborhood and see what needs to be done in their yards....do most of them need their lawns mowed? Gutters cleaned? windows washed? Try doing alot of things that's what I do and have fun!! Hope this helps and you make good money!!

You are only limited by you imagination. The internet is a huge resource. I know kids your age who make alot of money. A couple kids started selling a very simple kit for making chocolate candy on the internet when they were only a year or two older than you)they now employ 40 people and do millions in business. Another kid made about $7k last year selling bug collections to schools. And I personally know a 9 year old who made 30k in months selling beane babies back when the craze was going on.

So learn to look around keep your eyes open and you will discover something making money is easy once you learn how to think. Keeping it is the hard part:)

Good Luck

ok..begin setting a b it of your allowance back in a bank account. Put all your coins from that day in a jar and leave them there until jar is full and they can be wrapped to be turn in. Clean your room and do a yard sale..use your local Salvation Army type places as guidelines for what to ask for your good, old stuff. If babysitting is too mundane..how about babysitting a neighbors pet while they are gone? Use your imagination, kiddo..that is part of the learning process and the growing respect for money.

Christine,

If you are able to do so, house sit for people in your neighborhood when they are on vacation. Even better if they have pets. They know you'll pay attention to the animals.
Offer to take dogs for a walk for a set rate. You can help pull weeds and do other yard work. Shovel snow in the winter time. Rake leaves in the fall and spring. If you like babysitting, you could try watching a kid or two. Make crafty jewlery or art. You can do it.

your age group is limited to babysitting, dog walking, lawn mowing things like that. But you could also try collecting your family's cans and bottles and taking them to recycling.. it can really add up.. in my state its only 3 cents a can, but my son collects them and gets about $20 every two weeks.
