the minutemen, and the minutemen decided to shoot them into mexico, while the U.S. did nothing to stop them; Should the mexican gov't hold the U.S. responsible?

I guess I have to explain my question a bit more for some of you.

This is an analogy of hezbolah. They are nothing but a political party, or organization. They get weapons from gov'ts, shoot rockets into neighboring countries, lebanon does nothing to stop them.

So if you say yes to my question, you agree that lebanon, syria, and iran are responsible for attacks on israel.

Hell yes. It doesn't make a difference where the weapons came form - what makes a difference is the loss of life that the gov't should have prevented. The Lebanese gov't should have controlled Hezbollah better - and if they couldn't handle them internally - then they should have seeked assistance.

No that would be the minutemans fault, but I'm sure Mexico could probably get sanctions against the UN and a peace keeping force to take over the border....but they'll probably just help the added illegal alliens to cross like they let Hezzbo bring in missles to Lebanon.

You don't get it. Any country has the responsibility for it's actions. Anything done from within it's borders has to be the responsibility of that country. If they can't control what their country does given a reasonable response time, then they must suffer the consequences of war.

Absolutely. That is what Israel is doing. Hezbollah has been firing rockets into Israel for a decade. Do you think America or any other conutry would wait a decade? No. Israel has given them their chance.

I don't think the US is really into giving high-grade military weapons to civilians. If they did however, the answer to your question is yes.
