bibi sounds like either a pin up name or some really early 60's name.. its not what other people think that matters though. However i would say abby abbie or abbi is the way to go..

No, it sounds too much like Baby. Try Abby, Abbie or Gail. I once had a supervisor who went by Bebe. It made a lot of people uncomfortable calling her by her given name. Most of us called by her surname.

No, it sounds too much like baby and I don't know if I could ever take someone with that name seriously. I don't think that men could either. It's like Candy or Bambi. Too...stripperish.
