Try URASIA ENERGY LTD (UAEYF.PK), less than $3, originally from Aussie but mining in Kazakstan and Russia

None; most uranium producers are mining conglomerates (WMC, for example, has been acquired by BHP Billiton in March 2005). There's still ERA, but it currently trades around A$11...
