Contact your local college/university music department. Ask to speak to the head of the dept. -- they will know the best music majors and if anyone is offering lessons. I was a piano major and did lessons that way and I married a percussion major and he did also.

Yes sit in the front seat of the car with your Mom driving a keep druming on the dash board and you will soon have your lesson.....
