You managed to double post this, but I still say Will Turner.
She took his name in the first movie, and she will do it for real in the third one, but only after her betrayal of Jack Sparrow comes to light.
Norrington? Please, he sold her and all of them out just to get his career back, plus she lied to him just to manipulate him.
Jack? If you can explain to HIS satisfaction the answer to the following question, the two of them might have a shot.

A) Jack sparrow.
I think that it'd be best if their love sorta was a bit mysterious and unknown. ( Ex. say jack secretly looks at the compass when elizabeth is holding it and it points to him, but he keeps it his secret and doesn't say anything.) I think that in the last movie of pirates (Probably the 3rd one) that they get together at the end. I couldn't imagine jack throughout the whole movie being married to elizabeth or something like that cuz it's unnatural for a pirate like Jack to be romantic or something throughout the movie. But still, I think that at the end of the last movie they should be together cuz it's so hot!

she doesn't deserve jack...he's not the relationship/marrying type...so it wouldn't last between them!!!
Will has been so good to her...if she chooses jack, i'll be a little upset...but its all good, both jack and will are DEAD SEXY!!!!!!!!
