Did some checking and the oldest TV program I can find is The Guiding Light which premiered on June 30, 1952 and still going strong.

If you mean the first televised programs, those were experimental broadcasts in 1931. TV sets finally became available to the public in 1938. The first regularly broadcast show was in 1951, "I Love Lucy". That was also the era of game shows, such as "The $64,000 Question". Is this what you were looking for?

Coronation Street....
It's so old it was originally broadcast in black and white. The first show was on December 9,1960... and it still runs today.
If its not the oldest its gotta be close.
