I have two hours to spend visiting some interesting site on a road trip from Albany to NYC tomorrow, Saturday. What do you guys know of that might interest my 13 year old daughter?

try harriman state park, or sleepy hollow right by the tappan zee bridge

If she's like my 13 year old students, she might like to take a tour of West Point Military Academy ...besides the history and great scenic location, there are a lot of very cute cadets there..

If that's not what she wants, try Bear Mountain State Park. It's beautiful....there's a swimming lake with slides, a large pool, trails, a zoo, snack bar...it's really nice
