it is never too late to apologize--the person may not accept it,and it may not change things, but you are still better off and it will help you grow.

There's no info to go on. Hell, did you cheat? Lie about running over the dog? Not file taxes? Murder the mailman, and now you're working his shift? Damn, what did you do?

It is never too late to admit that you were wrong. Call the person and tell them how wrong you were and ask for forgiveness.
