Many many ways how much $$ you got? You want cheap quick fixes? Start by turning the air cleaner cover over so it gets more air. put on larger exhaust even headers you can reprogram the computer. you need a programmer for this about $350.00 or find someone that has one. It would help to know what year what car or truck as the 5.7 is in over 1 millon models.

First things first - what year is this thing, how much do you want to spend, and what car is it in? There are so many mods available for these motors it's not even funny; you can buy entire motors made from parts that GM never put into production cars.

dual exhaust could give you another 10HP....A 4 barrel carb and a new manifold another 40 to 50. Its a good motor anyways why mess with it

Air filter, fuel additive, or you could go expensive and enquire about the electronic "race chip" that is available....scary Hp and Torque
