I have just seen newsreel of the "Western two" all smiles and jaunty together. Do you think they should be so overtly happy with the most critical areas of the World in turmoil with death of innocents every day and with the future looking so frightening ?

You know when I see them two war criminal of the 21st century with so many innocents' bloods on their hands smiling so cold bloodedly for the camera and yet portraying themselves as the most god-fearing christians that they have both even had the cheek to resort and mention religion and god in their so uncalled and unjustified bullying attacks on countries much weaker than them, in their public speeches, it makes me feel sick right down my guts, specially when everytime I change the channels all I see is crying and shrieking mother, father, brother, sister and children of those who had done nothing but to be born in an oil rich country. I remember the British soldier's family too who have to answer the door when two army officers bearing the bad news about their father, mother, husband, wife, children who done nothing except to follow orders of these two men. Honestly, I am not so sure if many other human beings could sleep well but I have no doubt these two not only can sleep well but also have sweet future dreams of how to exten further to yet other countries their brutalities and cold-bloodedness state terrorism like what misery to so many people they have so far brought is not enough.
No my friend I dont feel well when I see them two having the guts to smile like that when so many families are mourning for their loved ones. I feel well when someone told me Superman is non-fictional and he is about to come and save the world and bring global peace and justice with everyone treated fairly and equally. I feel well when all well-off countries put hands together to get rid of hunger dying in parts of the world instead of building and using yet another high tech. millions bucks worth of weaponery to kill.
Let[s hold hand and pray together in whatever belief we may have whether its religion or just humanity and global fairness you believe in, that this kind of brutality to humanity is stopped once and for all. Amen.

When I saw them sauntering down the red carpet (or whatever colour it was) I was reminded of Abbott and Costello. Or Ant and Dec.... mmm yes Ant and Dec.... 's older relatives. To be honest, THEY might even have an iota of an idea how it feels to be at the mercy of these people. I MEAN... these two gentlemen have the elected authority to........ oh my word!, I just can't bring myself to even think it, let alone say it. As for the manic-type smiles on their faces, they dont make me smile, quite the reverse!! I don't want them to walk round with faces like "Smacked arses" but if your husband, wife, father, mother, son or daughter had been taken from you prematurely because they had fought for their country at the suggestion of these men, I wouldn't want to see them "Moonwalking" on tv or behaving without showing some respect to these people. For goodness sake! these men aren't stand-up comedians or guests on "who's line is it anyway?" they are POWERFUL men, well they have been given the power by man to change our world.... but will it be for the better...or worse?

You are seeing two heads of state who are within two years of ending their time in the limelight. Happy Bunnies, I sense not.

I quite agree with you... Seems to me like they should be somber with so much death and violence and chaos in the world

they are entitled to their joy. what makes you sad, may make others happy. for instance, if this war was been fought in your backyard, you would not be on the internet. you are here asking this questions because others are there dying. get my point?

They're running scared - believe me the "happy smiling faces" are just a cover - they're crapping themselves.....
