Your sis has no right besides thatit is her pics but beside that she has no right she did sign a contract.

The Agent because your sis did sign a contract so she should of read it (if she did she should of slept on it first and see if she really wanted this to happen to her)
The agent has the right to refuse to give her the pics she should know these things can happen to models I mean My friends one that happened to her but she's over it and now she doesnt really care and just telling you guys She should have a talk with the agent maybe it will help (it helped when my friend did that but her agent get to keep the pics but so does to so tell her to have a talk with her agent it might help)

Thats all I have to say so bye and have a nice day.

If she signed a release giving them the rights to the photo's, the agent and photog own them, otherwise, she does.. However, if that wasn't specified in the contract, she can get the pics and negatives back, but not the places where the pics are actually posted.

The photographer owns the negatives and the copyrights. She probably signed a disclosure that she understood that the images were the intellectual property of the agent/photographer. If she didn't, she can take them to court.

Check the contract she signed, but, in general, photographs belong to the photographer.
