To be honest i dont like the false nails you buy in shops and stuff. Get it professionally done and they will do acrylic nails too, they are nice, and they even look real.. Well the ones i got do. They look just like the real nails, but the thing is you have to go back every 2 weeks or so to get them filled in, because your nails grow underneath, which is pretty cool too.

I have had my nails done before and I won't do it again. If its just one time that's okay, the glue just makes you nails so brittle....after you take the fake nails off, your natural nail is so messed up....it takes a while for them to get strong again.

dont have them done it ruins ure nails jus grow ure nails once they are grown they look realli nice i had fake nails last year in the summer and they were ruined so bad that like 2 months ago they jus started growing back

they will damage your nails. they scrape off the top layer and put acid on it so the acrylic nails stick. then your nail will have to grow completely out to get rid of the damage. i like getting my nails done but i have the fake ones on all the time so i don't have the problem of a damaged real nail showing.
think about getting a manicure instead of fake nails. manicure doesn't damage the nail surface.

gel nails. they look pretty and last long and all you need to do is go in for a fill every 3 weeks. real nails always break and require so much maintenance.

Yea thats fine - guys like them though - you should get your nails done like once a month or twice a month if you have the money - its hott.

it's fine, just don't get in the habit of doing it. it's great for special occasions or just when you want to treat yourself, but alot of bacterias can be derived from the instruments they use and in time, your true nails will be completely destroyed.

yeah bt be careful, gel nails tend to ruin your nails, and costs just as much to get them professionally removed!! beware of gel nails if you only want them the once!!
