People are insecure and have low self esteem. People are afraid of other people's reactions and try to control them.
If you are confident in who you are, and confident that you don't have to live up to someone else's expectations and ideals, you can be yourself and understand that if they don't like you, it's no reflection on you; it's just their opinion.

So people will take notice an ask stupid questions. Why do you care why people act fake? Are you one of them,...if not then let it be. You have better things to do then post a question on here asking why people are superficial...it's just the way some people are..accept it and move on with your life...go cuddle with your boyfriend or something!! .... because they are insecure about who they REALLY are. They think that no one will "like" the person they really are... so they pretend to be someone they're not. Usually they pretend to be someone they wish they were..someone they admire... someone they think "has it all". What they don't realize is that eventually they'll be exposed. What a waste of time.... what a burden to be trapped in a fake persona. Here's an analogy.....Girl wears push-up, padded bra. Guy sees girl. Guy thinks girl has biguns. Girl gets Guy. Girl eventually takes off bra. Guy finds grapes where there should have been cataloupes. Moral? Be yourself. Be real. If they don't accept you as yourself, they were a waste of time to begin with.

This is some peoples human nature. They can't stop being fake . Even if they pretend to be something they're not their real person has to shine.

Because some ppl dont wanna get hurt either so they just put a mask over them so ppl don't know the real person.
They wanna feel comfy with the rest, and try to acommodate to them.

It is just the way the Lord made people. Some people learn to check themselves as life goes on, and some you just have to check. So you just make sure you are not one of those people you are speaking of. Okay!

every body fakes , consciously or subconsciously, its natural thing those who says they are not fake they are also faking now.

Possibly because they aren't comfortable with who they are so they don't think other people will be comfortable with them either.
My advice is to not waste your time with people like that. People who are comfortable in their own skin are much more pleasant to spend time with.
