it varies from man to man. I usually do it once a day or once every two or three days. If I wait a few days it feels good and lot more sperm comes out of me at once. I have done it three times in one day before though. All men are different with how often they masturbate. No one man is alike.

It will vary dependent on environment, health, parental,
church and educational upbringing and testosterone (age).
Generally, someone masturbating 3 times a day is trying
to self-medicate depression. That's the high end.
There is no low end - some people, for whatever reason, don't
masturbate. Some people have done it, find it of little use
and never repeat it.

When I'm in a relationship with a girl, maybe 1-2 times a week.
When I'm not seeing anyone, maybe 4-6 times a week.

There is no hard & fast rule, It depends upon persons as well situations.One may have many times a day or week or be without it for week togather.
